Working out how to make the most of apprenticeships in your organisation or industry can be challenging. Fear not; I've got you covered. In me, you have access to an award-winning expert with over 10 years of experience in apprenticeships working with large and small organisations as well as membership and trade bodies; I will be with you every step of the way.
Planning and delivery
We will explore and match job roles to apprenticeship programmes and determine a suitable training delivery model and a marketing and comms plan. I work with a network of apprenticeship training providers who deliver a mix of training, e.g. Content Producer, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, PR & Comms, Team Leader and more.
Recruitment
We can manage the process from start to finish. My team can long list, pre-screen candidates, run virtual assessment centres, coordinate interviews and associated admin. Employers benefit from an inclusive recruitment process that provides applications from candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Financial incentives
Provide advice on government grants (subject to the apprentice's age and eligibility) and to receive or transfer apprenticeship levy funds.
